About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

Can I leave answers blank or do you have to put N/A?

When filling in the vas application form can you leave answers blank or do you have to put N/A if it doesn't apply? I've read that if you leave answers blank in Q4 your visa won't be issued!
Also the question that says "do you have medical insurance for your visit to China?" Does that mean whether you have travel insurance? I haven't yet,but will have. Do they want the insurance policy number and the name of my insurer?
Thanks!

Hi, the form should be fully completed, so put N/A there. Travel insurance is not a must, but better if you have any.
