We want to transfer from PEK airport to a hotel in Dongcheng/Wangfujing area.

Hi, I don't think you need such an office for transit. After security check and picking up your luggage, you can go and take shuttle bus line 3 to the local Railway Station, where I suggest you take two taxis to your hotel very conveniently.
Here are the addresses boarding location of the shuttle bus:
T1 -- Gate 7 on the 1st Floor
T2 -- Gate 13-18 on the 1st Floor
T3 -- at the West Gate on the 1st Floor

Hi, Lisa! We will have a total of 13 big suitcases with 1 hand carry each for 7 passengers -will it present a problem in transport to our hotel, thinking we have 3 elderly folks with us? We are just hoping that there is a private shuttle bus that would take us from the PEK airport to our hotel directly. Thanks!

The airport does not provide such kind of service as far as I know, but I use a travel agency's pick up service and I think it is perfect.
