naturalized U.S. citizen from Taiwan

I am a naturalized U.S. citizen (carry U.S. passport) originally from Taiwan. I want to get a tourist visa. What papers do you require besides the U.S. passport?

If you mean a visa to China, you can check the reqruiements at the official website of Chinese embassy in US.
