About:Chinese Permanent Residence Permit

If a chinese citizen becomes a naturalised Australian citizen after so many years

then subsequently return to China for business purposes and after 10 years of stay, is charged with a criminal offence, and jailed, can the Chinese Government refuse dual citizenship, and deny Chinese status? Even after 10 years length of stay?

Thanks!

Carmen, China always denies dual citizenship. When you obtained another citizenship, it's deemed that you have given up Chinese nationality.
