Opening hours and Bus 833

Don't worry! Bus no. 833 is still in service during January on weekdays and weekend. For the return journey to Beijing from the attraction, bus no. 833 runs every 10-20min and operates from 5:00 to 20:30.

You are right. You can take the bus at Liangxiang Nanguan MTR Station. Besides, you can also take it at Suzhuang MTR Station.

Upon getting off at Shihuadong Lukou Station, you can take a taxi to the attraction very fast. The taxi fare should be around CNY20.

The stop is a little hard to find because 833 is not shown on the area map outside the subway. Luckily I found it by chance after walking straight from exit A1 for a few hundred meters. Its not the first bus stop (maybe the 2nd or 3rd along), but is clearly marked 833.

Once I found the bus it was very easy to reach the cave and it did not take long.

EDIT: The bus does actually stop at the 1st stop near exit A1. However, the sign is only visible if walking from the other direction! I went back and took the same bus to Silver Fox cave another day!
