About:China Postal Service

I would like to send a small gift of jewelry to a friend who lives in Beijing by Canada Post.

The value is $150.00 it is 14K gold encrusted with with small diamond chips hanging on a 17" gold chain.
Canada Post's website is vague as to whether I can or cannot sent it by mail. Can someone clear it up for me>
Thanks, in advance.

Shipping it by DHL or FEDEx costs almost $150.00.

Yes, it can be shipped by DHL, but you may need to pay tax for it.
