According to the weather records of the past years, Shanghai and Chongqing will have the average temperature of around 13-15C. It is suggested to take along sweater and overcoat. On sunny days, thin coat and long-sleeve shirts are enough.

Xian will have the average temperature of around 10C. You can take along jacket and jeans. Sometimes, it may also rain. Umbrella or simple rainy gear is suggested.

Beijing will be a little colder than the other three, with the average temp of around 6C. Sometimes, the lowest temperature can be below zero. The cardigan, Long John and jacket may be suitable.
