how vietnamese apply hongkong visa?

I am  Vietnamese, studying in Mainland China. I study in Chinea now. So how can i apply for hongkong visa for travel. it really need one or not? Thank for support!

Visa is required, you can either apply through HK Immigration department office in Beijing or send application directly to HK. You can also entrust an agent to handle this if necessary.
