About:Chinese Consulates in India

Transit Visa for my two stopovers in China??

I am going to Japan through Air china, Flight has two stops one at Chengdu and other at Beijing, For both the flight layoff time between the flight is 3 hrs, Do I need to apply for a transit Visa??

Visa is not required, but you need to apply for a stay permit when you arrive at the Chengdu airport.
