Is there a service charge for check-in luggage

Hi, I am traveling from Haikou Meilan Airport to Sanya on the G one. I would like to check-in my luggage. Will there be a charge? If so, how much?

It is free for luggage within 20kg. You can take a D one from Haikou east railway station to Sanya.
