Transport from Shanghai to Suzhou

I will be flying in to Shanghai Putong Airport going to SZ, staying at local Renaissance Hotel. Would like to know the best mode of transport to reach SZ in the shortest time. I gather that the followings are feasible. Need help to advise the cost and timing.

1. Putong Airport to Hongqiao Railway Station by Metro: 1hrs 40 mins
Bullet train to SZ: 30 mins
Kindly advise the cost for the above mode of transport

2. Putong Airport to Hongqiao Railway Station by bus: How long does it take and how much is the ticket?
Bullet train to reach: 30 mins.

3. Direct airport bus to reach: How long does it take and how much is the ticket?

4. Any better mode of transports that you can recommend which is more convenient to reach my hotel.
