MAKING A NEW CAMEROON PASSPORT

good morning, am called elvis, a cameroonian student in south korea.i need to get a new passport given the fact that my passport has expaired and i have goten a visa to china from south korea but the problem here is the numders you put on this wepside are not funtional given the fact that when i call no one will peek it up.i need to contact the cameroon emb in china in other to get information on the following:how long will it take me to make the passport in china?,what documents should i carry along side the old passport?,the derection from the air port to the cameroon embassy in china and how much will it cost me to get a new cameroon passport.please sir i will be very happy if this informations that i need are sent to my email box as soon as posible given the fact that i have jost a short term visa to china.thanks for your understandinbg.
