About:Chinese Embassy in Germany

I'm a British student studying in Germany. Can I apply through the CVASC in Hamburg?

because I have no time to return to UK to apply there before my departure? If so, how much would it cost to apply by post?

If you are studying there, you must have residence permit, right? Then you can apply for it from the CVASC in Hamburg. The fee is 60 Euros, including the service fee to the center.
