About:China Visa

I'd like to know how to get a tourist visa with multiple entry for one year and how long to get it?

am currently living in china on an x visa, with a residence permit expiring in January, I have Ugandan passport.

No way to get such a visa in China. At the same time, if you will just go to China for sightseeing with it, I don't think you will be abel to get it. You may go to tHk to have a try.
