1) What time does the bus leave for Yongding? and how long is the journey?2) Can we book a car with driver at the airport to see the Chuxi tulou (or any other) in Fujian? How much will it cost?Regards

There is one bus departing at around 12:45 from Meizhou Jiangbei Bus Station to Yongding. The journey takes about three hours. I am afraid it is difficult for you to book a car to Tulou at the airport and the cost will be very high. You may try to take buses or find a local agency to arrange it for you.
