I ordered this package 33 days ago and I never received it. The US post office would like China post to send them an inquiry so the US can track my package. I contacted the sender and she says there is no way to contact them. Is there a 800 number I can call. I think my package is lost. My tracking number is ra566946186cn. The US should have received my package already. I order for the US to trace the originating post has to start the trace and send an electronic inquiry to the US. Can you help me?

I think the seller the parcel on Dec. 4th, because the information online shows your parcel is still in Shanghai. The information was updated on Dec. 4th. I think you have to wait patiently. If you want to try, you can call 11185 for asking, because 11185 is their service number.
