i am a student in japan. while going back to my country i need to fly transit china do i need visa

i am studying in APU university of beppu, so i just want to go back to my country nepal for a month. so do i need any visa for making any transit?thank you

If your transit in China is less than 24 hours without leaving the airport, visa is not required. Otherwise, you need to apply for a transit G in advance in Japan.
