to fly to the U.S. she contacted us but we have not been in contact with her since.  Is there a contact/ information number that you can provide that has  phone number with an english speaking person so we can try to locate her or make an announcement for her at the airport?

Actually, I know a service number of the airport, which is (+86 021)96996. It is the number of its service center, but I am not sure whether they can provide the service you want. I suggest you to contact them for more help.
