Free Bus Shuttle from HK Airport to Excelsior Hotel?

I have an 11 hour stopover in HK airport and would like to take a 5 hour city tour that leaves from Excelsior Hotel. It it possible to take the free shuttle bus from the airport to Excelsior Hotel (just showing my plane ticket), and if so, how long does that take to get to the hotel? Also, can I take the shuttle back to the airport from the Excelsior hotel for free, and how often does it go?

Hi, dear, the Free Airport Express Shuttle Bus Service is provided exclusively for Airport Express passengers traveling between Hong Kong or Kowloon station and major hotels and railway interchanges. Passengers are required to show proof of eligibility including Airport Express train ticket, Airline ticket / boarding pass, Airport Staff Octopus Card, AsiaWorld-Expo entry pass or event ticket. Therefore, if you want to take it, you need to take the airport express train to HK station first. It costs HKD100/person. Then take the free shuttle bus H2 to the hotel. It totally takes about 30-40 minutes.
