can i apply for macau visa from KL?

Hi, im from the maldives and i understand that maldivians need visa to enter macau. since i will be in KL in the next few days, could you please tell me if it will be possible for me to apply for visa in KL or do i have to get the visa from Colombo, Srilanka?
