About:Universities Enrolling Foreign Students

I have 3 years Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic.

I want to do my Master's degree, which Universities with english medium can i enroll.

As far as I know, most of university have civil engineering teaching in Chinese for master degree such as Tsinghua Univeristy. If you want to continue your study in PRC, it is suggested to study mandarin.
