About:China Visa Application Requirements

I Applied the china visa from third country in kuala lumpur

what are the chances if you apply other than your country for china visa for second time?

It depends on your status in that country actually, if you have valid residence permit or long term visa, you can apply in the third country. But if you have been granted a visa there before, you may able to get one this time.
