What were the historical circumstances in which Qing dynasty were established?

In the end of the Ming Dynasty, Nurhaci, a court minister at that time, established the Eigh Banner's System. Jurchen nation was defeated later and Nurhaci named himself the "Han" (king) to found Jin. Later, Hong Taiji changed the name of the dynasty to Qing to officially declare the establishment.
