About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Visa circumstance for Iranian People

I am an Iranian and I am student at Hong kong. can we go to Shenzhen via train and take a plane for going to Iran with (TWOV)?

There is no citizenship allowed to travel from Hong Kong directly to Shenzhen by train or by any other mean of transport under any TWOV option. Of course, the citizenship that can enter China visa free are exempt from that statement. The only way you can do something similar is to take a plane to Guangzhou, after that a train to Shenzhen and from there a plane to your next destination. This can be done under 24 hours visa free transit.
