About:China Transit Visa

Transit visa. Do I still need a transit visa for this circumstance?

Hi, I am a Filipino citizen and learned that international arrivals at NAIA terminal 1 in Manila is not allowed anymore from 12am-6am so my flight from Pu Dong to MNL via china eastern was adjusted. I am coming from a vacation in the US and wont be able to catch china eastern’s lone flight to manila so I have to wait at least 25 hrs for the next day flight.
