About:Shangri-La Weather

July 2013 to the destinations of Yunnan.

I'm from Malaysia (hot country), plan a trip to Kunming, Dali, Shangri-la. I heard about the altitude of the last altitude I mentioned. My question is, what should I prepare or do before go there so I wont face any difficulty with the altitude?

Actually, anyone going to the place of high altitude feel not comfortable at the very beginning. My suggestion is that take easy, have enough rest and don't move a lot. You will feel easy after several days. Or you can also take along some regular pills in case.
