Yes, there is in that city and you can go to Minge Lake to South Lake via Zhupai River to take the cruise at night.0

As I know, the cruise can be taken at the South Port of South Park.
It is in service from 09:00 to 18:00 in the daytime and from 19:30 to 23:00 at night. The whole journey takes about 30-40min, along the route of South Lake - Ming Lake - South Lake.0
