About:Hong Kong Airport Express

I would like to know how long is the journey from Central to Island Shangrila by shuttle bus?

I am travelling with my 80year old grandma. I intend to take the Airport Express Train to Central. From here I could either take a taxi or the free shuttle bus to Island Shangrila. I would like to know which is the fastest way. Is Island Shangrila Hotel the first stop.

It only takes about several minutes by the shuttle bus. From Central, I suggest you take the free shuttle bus H1 (Direction: Admiralty/Wan Chai). The Island Shangrila Hotel is the first stop.
