About:Getting to Kunming

Do we need to buy ticket for train from Kunming to Lijiang, in advance ? Can we buy from the net ?

There is only four trains running from KM to LJ daily. You'd better book it in advance. Here is a nice website of train booking service: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/china-trains/ .
