About:Kunming Travel

visiting Kunming, Dali, lijian, shangri-la 15-22 dec. whats e weather like in each place, any snow?

Weather
Any part of the journey is most likely to snow?
is winter a raining season?

What to take home?
1. can still buy puer tea? real /fake/ price too high, how to tell whether tea is of good quality
2. pure essential oil. can it be trusted for quality?
3. what kind of chinese herbs are safe to take home?

It is not a raining season there. These places are close each other, so they have similar weather during that time. Generally speaking, it will not snow there during that time, but you can see the snow on the mountain peaks, which is very beautiful.
For the puer tea, you have to buy the real one, and the price there is not very high. It is suggested to buy the tea in specialty shops in Kunming, so that you will not be cheated. If you buy the pure essential oil in KM, the quality can be trusted.
It is not recommended you to take the Chinese herbs to go back. There are many restrict regulations on the herbs when passing the customs.
