About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

PHD and residence permit

i wish to study for a PHD in business administration in China and i would like to no if on completion of my program after 4years i will be granted permanent residency.

No, if you will find a job then, you are able to apply for a work visa with duration based on your working contract. It is impossible for anyone to get the permanent residency after graduation in China.
