Day tour out of Macau

Hi,

We will be staying3 nights there and are planning to travel out of that city for day tour. Any suggestion where to go with 2 young kids (3 and 5 yo) besides HK?

Hi, outside of M, Hong Kong is surely a good idea for you, especially for the kids. You can travel the Disneyland Resort and the peak. In the afternoon, you can take a ferry back to M.

Hi Kelly

Any other places besides hong kong? I will be staying in hong kong for 3 days after macau. Some friends suggested Zhu Hai or Shenzhen.. but Im not sure how long is the journey

Hi, after M and HK trip, I strongly suggest you go to Shenzhen, where you can take your children to the Happy Valley, Window of the World, Splendid China and other fabulous attractions.
Form HK, you can take the East Rail at Hong Hum to Lo Wu. Then crossing the immigration border to Luo Hu, Shenzhen. The whole journey takes 2.5h or a little longer.

Zhuhai is a good choice as you do not need a visa if you have Singaporean passports. Simply take any hotel bus to the border and walk across - many shops & markets right at the border. You can rent bikes (tandems/kids seats available) and ride in safety along the river front. Food is cheap & good, esp seafood.

Zhuhai would be a good choice as you wouldn't need visas if you have SIN passports. Plenty of cheap shopping right at the border, or you can rent bikes (tandems/kids seats) to ride along the river front.
