About:China Customs Declaration

Do I need to declare supplements (in tablet or powder form) and Chia Seeds?

Hi, I take a supplement called 'Spirulina' by the brand Swisse (120 grams) and Acai Berry Powder by the brand 'Rio-Life' (50 grams).
These are in powder forms and I only need up to 3 teaspoons a day.
I can buy them in the tablet form as well.

Will I need to declare these products if they are sealed in a container or a air-tight bag?

And I would also like to take 'Chia Seeds' - it will be in a sealed bag or container/jar.
