Lost post,who do i contact to get my package?

I've had a package post to me since march last year (2011) and yet to recieve it! Every time i track it ,it is always saying the same thing intrasit to Trinidad and Tobago but yet it cannot reach. I have been in contact with my local post office and was told they hadn't recieve any package from china and have been told to contact the sender or chinapost with my querry. I am unable to speak chinese, don't have a contact number for china post, I am very disappointed in the service I thought was reliable! It seems like the tracking number has totally dissappeared now,because I've given it several tries and they cannot seem to recognise my number! Now how about that for service? Please someone help me! (tracking number is:RA072710716CN) maybe you all luck will be better than mines!
