need help.. Regarding Z visa Confusion. Can i surely get it from HK.???

Dear sir,

I am currently on X visa in Guangdong province. I want to change it to z for work.I have company who is ready to provide me job, Firstly they gonna hire foreigner first time. So they also not sure about procedures. And i want to knw any any way that i can get Z without leaving the mainland OR at most Getting it from HK. Is this possible, I really dn;t want to spend money going back own country and also waste of time. Is HK provide Still this service. Please help, thanks
