About:Chinese Embassy in Saudi Arabia

I am an Englishman working in Saudi Arabia. What is the procedure for a visa application to China?

My son works in China and I would like to visit him for a holiday in February 2013. I just need to know what the correct procedure is that I should follow to apply for a visit visa to China. Thank you.

You may just walk into the China embassy in Saudi Arabia during their working hours with your passport, duly filled application form, two-way air tickets, residence permit in SA, invitation letter from your son and copies of your son's passport and Chinese residence permit to make the application. The service fee is 120 Riyals.

You don't even need a ticket - I go there regularly on a UK passport as my daughter works there
