About:Marriage Registration in China

English man marring Chinese Woman

I am in England and look into marry my Chinese Fiancée in Jiaxing in October. I have applied for the singles certificate at my local registry office and will get that in a few days. Once I receive it what do I need to do next?
Do I need it translated and then sign it infront of an official at the Chinese embassy in London before I travel.
If anyone can give me some advice on the process it would be muchly appreciated.

Mark, after you receive it, you need to get it notarized by the local notary public and DCO. And then get it attested by the embassy of PRC. You don’t need to translate it or sign it.
