Is it possible whole night overlay for next flight in kunming changshui new airport lounge?

If i use changsuai international new airport(mu) as a transit to go bangladesh, in this case what procedure i will follow? is this need to getout from the airport or can i overlay in the airport for next flight to bangladesh. if getout is must necessary rule, in this case i will need china visa too. what will be luggage? Can i booked luggage from japan to bangladesh? or is it need for each flight.Please inform me details if anybody knows about this matter.
