what buses run from the ferry terminal to St Paul Ruin?

Do you mean the Marine Ferry Terminal? If so, you can take bus 10 or 10A from the terminal and get off at Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro, then walk about several minutes to the St.Paul's Ruin.
