You don't need any visa to Hk and Macau, but you do need one to Shenzhen. Are you working or living in Singapore?

If so, I think you will have to get a visa to Shenzhen in Hk. There are also VOA provided at Luohu (Lo Wu) Port, Huanggang Port, Shekou Port and Fuyong Port for you to visit Shenzhen for less than 5 days, but the rules there seems changing fromtime to tme. Thus, I advise you get a visa in advance.
