Do we need a transit visas?

Good Day,

I have a question.
We will be in Shanghai for transit traveling from Tallinn to Denpasar via
Moscow, Shanghai and Singapore.

In Shanghai we have a layover for 14 hours.

We are 2 persons and we have:
1. Russian passport with permanent residence in Estonia
2. Kazakhsan passport with temporary residence in Estonia

We will wait for our next flight from Shanghai to Singapore in Dazhong Airport Hotel----MOTEL 168
Address: No.6001 Yingbin Avenue Pudongairport,Shanghai

So, do we need a visas or not and what kind?

You'd better contact your airlines for more details. As I know, you can apply for a stay permit at the frontier inspection office in the airport with your ticket and hotel reservation. Visa is not required then.
