Good Day,I have a question.We will be in Shanghai for transit traveling from Tallinn to Denpasar viaMoscow, Shanghai and Singapore.In Shanghai we have a layover for 14 hours.We are 2 persons and we have:1. Russian passport with permanent residence in Estonia2. Kazakhsan passport with temporary residence in EstoniaWe will wait for our next flight from Shanghai to Singapore in Dazhong Airport Hotel----MOTEL 168Address: No.6001 Yingbin Avenue Pudongairport,ShanghaiSo, do we need a visas or not and what kind?

You'd better contact your airlines for more details. As I know, you can apply for a stay permit at the frontier inspection office in the airport with your ticket and hotel reservation. Visa is not required then.
