You can apply in Seoul through a travel agency with your ARC valid for more than 6 months. If you have booked a tour, tour itinerary or inviation letter are required. Otherwise, you need to provide round way ticket and hotel reservation in China. Other basic requirements are passport, application form, and photo.0
