If your boyfriend will sponsor your trip, you can send him your passport, application form with photo, and ask him to apply for a visa from Immigration Department directly. You can contact the immigration office directly for more details.

Sorry, I was thinking he is in HK. Then, you can submit your application to Chinese embassy or consulate in Philippines with sponsorship letter from your boyfriend and his bank statement. Or send application directly to HK immigration Department. Other documents needed are your passport, HK visa applicaiton form, photo, round-trip ticket and hotel reservation.

If you plan to stay for no more than 14 days in HK, your passport is good for entry. But return ticket, hotel reservations are required. For account of money, it should be enough to cover your expense in HK, the rate should be at least US$ 100 per day.
