You will be not able to get a multiple entry visa, but you can get a single one by providing your valid entry records to Japan. Meanwhile, you have to do the application through an appointed travel agency.

Yes all I need is a single entry visa.
Do you know how long it takes to get hold of it? How much it costs and what travel agency provides such services? Also, is it for sure not possible to go to the chinese embassy in Tokyo and make it directly there?

kind regards and thank you for your quick reply!

Yes, this prices are accurate. For processing time, it is generally about 4 working days from the embassy/consulate. In your situation, you should apply through a travel agency, you can just find any one near your residence and pay extra fee for their service. Don't worry, there are assistants there who speak English.
