Going to Shiyan from Xianyang

Hi, I will be flying to Xianyang first and then I want to go to SY.

1. It's my first time in China,so I just wanted to know are the train stations far from Xianyang international airport?
2. Do I need to take taxi to a train station in Xianyang? will be arriving at 10:30PM and will need to take the train to SY.
3. Are there any private taxi services in SY? Need transportation for a couple of days.
