After midnight, you'd better take the airport shuttle bus to downtown area and stay in a hotel for one night. The next morning, you can take high speed train to Nanjing from the Railway Station. Thus, you'd better book a hotel nearby the train station.  There are so many hotels around the hotel. What's your budget?
