Is there anywhere on Okinawa that I can get a tourist visa issued?

Hi, if you live in Okinawa, your application should be submitted to Consulate General of China in Fukuoka through a travel agency. Documents needed are your passport, application form and supplementary application form, a passport photo, Japan Entry Record. For multiple entries, you may need also provide the travel itinerary for one year and previous China visa if any.
