About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Hi. Indian passport Holder working in Japan . Travel to china from japan (Applying visa in Japan)

a) My sister will be sending Invitation letter from China ! Is scanned copy OK or Original Invitation letter required ?

b) Should i apply in Consulate or Embassy in Nagoya? Whats the difference?

c) Is it ok if i book Air tickets after visa is issued?

The invitation letter should be original. You can only submit application to the embassy or consulate which hold consular jurisdiction of the place where you live. If you live in Aichi, Gifu, Fukui, Toyama, Ishikawa, or Mie, then go to Nagoya office. For application, air ticket is required, you need to book it in advance.
