About:Shanghai Hongqiao Airport

Overnight Stay at Hongqiao Airport

My flight will arrive at 23:50 and transfer to Pudong next day 9:15 AM to Japan. Is ther any longue or hourly paying rest rooms at the airport? I have my family and serveral luggages so staying outside Hotel is troublesome. Can I move to Pudong 23:50 upon arrival? Thanks for suggestions.

Yes, there are hourly lounges at the Airport next to the Information Desk, so you can stay there and take the earliest shuttle bus at 06:00 or the earliest subway line 2 to reach Pudong airport the next morning.

Thanks Chuch. Do you how much hourly lounges stay rate? There is any Bed or just easy chair?

Actually, these hourly lounges are operating by different airline companies or business connected banks. If you are going to take the first class seat or the VIP card holders of some certain banks, you are qualified to enter certain of them free. For the certain details, you can ask the staff in the aiport. If you are not allowed to enter, you can go to the hotel service desk to ask them to help you book a hotel. Usually, those hotels provide free pick-up service. In the lounges, there are easy chairs, not beds.
