About:China Visa Application in USA

12 hr layover in china

my husband USA citizen , Iam INdonesia citizen have US green card we will be in CAN China airport 5am to 5pm (12 hr )can we leave airport ? to view sights do we need ? transit ? tourist ? what is easiest

If you want to leave the airport, you need to apply for a China visa in advance. A transit visa is enough.
